Running is really fun for me because I love being outside and staying active. It keeps me moving and challenges me to push myself. "Never give up."

Running has made me feel great about being physically active and has also strengthened me mentally. I’ve made lasting memories and friends who will always mean so much to me. I love running… well, most of the time! It helps me clear my mind and has always been something I’ve done for fun my whole life. When I run, I tell myself over and over, “go faster” or “run faster,” and that’s what helps me push harder and improve.
